This huge (50” overall length) sword is of a baroque style. It has the blade length of a 2 handed sword, but also sports a single handed grip. Though it is a Dwarven made weapon, anyone with an 18+ STR score can use it safely. It has no alignment or sentience. Its attributes are as follows:

1) +4 to hit.

2) +2D8 damage per strike (see #10 Special Notes, below).

3) +5 to CF in battle only.

4) It is of “Sharpness” vs all non-sentient creatures and “Vorpal” vs sentient foes!

5) The wielder can, with sword in hand cover 10 times as much ground distance at double normal speed with ½ the usual fatigue for 4 hours each day.

6) The wielder can, at will, parry on a 90% success chance the first (only!) weapon attack of each new foe, each day, regardless of total number. However, a failed roll means that the opponent’s attack will automatically hit the wielder.

7) When in hand, the wielder may “see in darkness as any true Dwarf”, and hear “as well as a very Elf”.

8) See Ethereal and See Astral at will for up to 13 minutes each, each day.

9) The weapon floats! So much so that it will support up to 250 pounds weight as if it were a life preserver/ring.

10) Special Notes: It’s normal attack and damage is as a 2-Handed Sword if wielded by STR 18+ types; as a Bastard sword if wielded by a 16-17 STR type. All weaker types may not use it one handed!
