Cabrel's Warder is a +5 Kite Shield, fashioned from impervium, stonewood, and jade. It is 5 feet high, 2-1/2 feet wide, and weighs 15 pounds. It has the following special powers:

It is +5 to strike when employed in a shield bash, and the striking arm gains a temporary STR of 29.

It is also +5 to damage in this fashion.

The wielder may stand upon its back and give the command, "Cabrel An-Lazh!" The shield will then rise into the air and fly under the bearer's mental control for up to one hour total per day. Maximum level speed is 6000 feet per minute (68 mph), and while aloft, the bearer is 100% shielded from all wind effects, and all missiles of a solid, physical nature, whether magic or otherwise.

The shield may alter its size down to a mere 6" x 3" at the user's will.
