These black mithril* rapiers have all the Arduinian properties of black
mithril as well as the ability to store any single Mage spell up to OP
20, deliverable (if desired) upon striking a foe. They are +5 and strike
as Bastard Swords for damage.

* Also known as Ethril: light as willow and can float. Strong as Nickel
steel and unaffected by any degree of cold regardless of source or
power. Ethril is +5 to strike and toxic to Elves. To Elves it does an
additional 1D12+1 HP of toxic poison per strike. It is a a 1OO%
non-conductor and block against ALL psychic emanations regardless of
type or source of power.
