Helm of the
Dragon King

 This
helm is of Elven make, constructed of Mithril and carven shards of
Emerald. It protects 100% versus any head or facial crit. It also has
the following powers:
1) Grants the wearer the ability to fly at 300’ per melee round.
2) +5 INT/WIS (RF) while worn.
3) Acts as a Helm of War in all respects.
4) Grants the wearer True Sight and Infra-vision out to a 300’ range.
5) All not of “Chaos” must save vs magik or become unconscious for so
long as the helm remains on their head +D20 minutes.
6) Once per day the wearer is immune to any ONE dragon breath directed
at him.
7) Once per lunar cycle the wearer is capable of “breathing” (from the
helm’s Dragon head) any Dragon breath he has direct knowledge of (i.e.
has experienced himself).
8) Grants the wearer the ability to understand and speak all dragon
tongues.
9) Grants the wearer “Dragon-friend” status and a 50% chance of
“commanding” any Dragon (who still gets its appropriate saves).
