D&D 4E will be coming out with a handbook for the Dark Sun campaign setting later this year. For those of us who recall this gritty, pulpy setting with fondness (prehistoric githyanki and cannibal halflings!) it looks to be a great product.
While I have mixed feelings about 4E (it feels more like a board game than an actual RPG), I'm quite chuffed that WotC is making an effort to bring back some of their older settings that have not been in circulation for well over a decade. The rumor is that they will be publishing a new "old" setting book every year or so. I'm guessing that Ravenloft and Planescape are on the block for future release, but I'd like to see some of the more esoteric settings get the 4E treatment. Al-Quadim. Red Steel. Masque of the Red Death (my all time favorite 2E setting).
What old settings would the rest of you like to see brought back?
