Shipping started this past Monday (1/26/2026) and will continue until all rewards for backers are out the door by next week! This whole Kickstarter has been one heck of an adventure with many stressful late nights of hard work and worries…but it all came together with good people! Dave and George from Emperors Choice Games & Miniatures Corp. would like to Thank Griffith Morgan from The Fellowship of the Thing, The Fellowship of the Thing | Old School RPG's and Matthew Tapp from Barrows and Borderlands, Barrows & Borderlands for their great partnership in bringing Arduin’s Portal to Adventure to fruition and completion! Emperors Choice Games & Miniatures Corp. would like to again say a very Heartfelt 'Thank You!' to all the backers, who helped to make this historic Kickstarter a major success!
Griff with his business partner Chris got us the Tonisborg books and Matt, after many long days and nights with help from John and Robert, produced both box sets, which were delivered to Empcho after a long grueling drive. Dave and George kept the casting machines going along with all the components of the bundle boxes, add-ons and shipping. Just a word of advice…if you must drive, cast, box up, produce and ship in -10 temperatures and lots of snow…don’t, LOL! Also, very grateful that Matt and Robert made the round trip to Buffalo and back home, safe and sound! This was a wonderful team effort and have attached some cool pictures of the last couple of weeks.
We wanted to also let all the backers know that even though we are right on time for delivery…the hope was for a Christmas delivery, which would have been two months early. Unfortunately, with the number of rewards, casting and production needed for all the parts of the bundle, it was not possible. Thus, in addition to the super unique Empcho back scratchers, which were a big hit in our last Kickstarter, we decided to give every backer of a Physical reward the Arduin Fantasy Card Collection which contains 72 fully illustrated Monster, Artifact and Magik Weaponry cards printed on heavy parchment stock. The same stock as the Portal to Adventure Character Sheets, enjoy!
